Reliance Digital Tv — Recharge done twice but the connection error is coming after a week of recharge.

Recharge done twice that is on FEb 28 th for 171 and the it gets connection error, contacted customer care but no support. then again recharge done for 189 on 7th march again the connection error is coming. No customer care support available.
