We have been facing problem from last one week and we have been calling on costumer care no from one week due to miss connection of network.They are claiming that v have recharged our account for 10 months though WE had recharged our account for 12 months.AFTER GETTING OUR ACCOUNT RECHARGED WE CALLED ON their costumer care number for activation and after 10 months they are claiming that u dint recharge your account for 12 months. Though we received their msgs that out account has been recharghed for 12 months. And we have been continously calling them and registering our complaint since their is no consideration and now they are not even recieving our calls.We request you to consider our complaint as soon as possible .Dont force us to disconnect your network we are your old coustomer so we are hoping for your response as soon as possible.Otherwise v would be forced to complaint to costumer court fr your no considerdation.WE would be very thankful to you if you consider our compalint at your earlist.
