Reliance Digital — TV still under repair for last one month

We brought a Sony TV under 2 year warranty from Reliance Digital . It suddenly stopped working. On service request, it was taken by them for repair. Its been nearly a month and they have been giving the same reply that the parts have been ordered. I dont understand how long they will take time. its brand new high value sony Tv and still under standard warranty. .
