Reliance Digital — Under warranty service not addressed

My refrigerator is under Warranty; however, it is the 9th day today, and my complaint is still not addressed. I have signed up for ResQ extended warranty which claims repairs / service resolution within 24 hours which is totally a false claim. Please find details on my service request
