I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Whirlpool 7kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Serial No: [protected]), purchased from Reliance Digital, Noida, on 26th November 2023.
Since the purchase, the machine has experienced multiple technical failures — including replacement of major parts like shockers, motor, PCB board, and capacitor. Despite several complaints raised by me over the last 2 years, the issue has never been permanently resolved.
Most recently:
The dryer function stopped working and technicians kept giving temporary fixes.
The PCB board was replaced, then the capacitor was changed, but the problem reappeared.
On 10th October 2025, the machine started rotating on one side with heavy vibrations and a burning smell.
I raised multiple complaints via the ResQ app, but each time the request auto-completed with a “Happy Code” without any technician visit or resolution.
This continuous negligence and poor service are causing great inconvenience.
As the product warranty will expire on 26th November 2025, I urgently request the Replacement of the product, since it has shown repeated defects during the warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
