Dear Reliance Digital Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order (Order No: RD69F84C220EE6926A53), for which full payment has already been made.
At the time of purchase, I was clearly shown (and have attached a screenshot as proof) that the delivery would be completed by 5th May. However, it has now been two days past the committed date, and the order status still shows “processing, ” with absolutely no communication or update from your end.
This delay is concerning, but what is even more disappointing is the response from your customer care team. Despite multiple calls, they have refused to even register a formal complaint, which is completely unacceptable.
This reflects a serious lapse in service and customer handling.
I request you to:
1. Provide an immediate update on the status of my order
2. Ensure delivery at the earliest possible time
3. Register this as an official complaint and share the complaint reference number
4. Explain the reason for the delay and lack of communication
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through consumer forums and social media platforms.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
