Reliance Digital — Worst experience

This is to complain that my experiences at your stores is worst, the simple shopping experience just to buy a single fridge turned into disaster.

Incident 1 : out let new bel rd, bangalore date 7th may, booked samsung fridge, everybody assured it will be delivered next day, even the store manager vivek assured. 3 days over no one called for delivery, when i called back to the store they simply said no stock & not sure when it is expected, i had loged complained for refund #[protected].

Incident 2: outlet cunningham road, date 14th may, visited the store & the sales man was very co operative, we finally selected the model & went for billing. After paying the amount your staff "chakradhar babu 60182888", started behaving indecently and made us feel we had made wrong decision coming to the store, as the billing was done we we left the store. Incident 3: the fridge was supposed to be delivered on sunday 15th may, again there was delay & got delivered on monday 16th may, assuring the technician will come on tuesday for installation, i get a call twice a day but no one come, making us feel like fools. Today is 18th & i had again called up for implementation no one responded, raised complained with call centre, they again assured.. Again no one turned up.

My request is to pick up the delivered fridge which is still in packed condition & refund the amount,

We dont want to use any fridge & get humiliated by the reliance team, assuring not to visit reliance out let in future.

One employee of relince trend elante mall chandigarh ask for stock out without any charges as its removes the tags before the going outside the shop for himself. Kindly check at your end.
