This is to inform you that street light is not working on new link rd near janta colony bus stop next to st. Andrews tamil cni church, which is causing issue in walking & to avoid any robbery and other problems.

Kindly take this into consideration & repair the same at the earliest.

The street light in rani sati marg having pole number:pcj-009 087, pcpcj-009 088, j-009 089, are not working more than a year. The complain has already been given to the reliance energy office, malad east, mumbai -400097. However, till date no action has been taken. Personally ite was requested to mr aswale, area in-charge. But no action so far. It facilitates all shorts of nuisance in front of sankalp-1 co-operative hsc. Kindly look into and resolve at the earliest.

    Hi, this is siddhartha patil. My reliance energy electricity account no. Is[protected]. Address: 302/ archana apartment, kandivali view chs ltd, dahanukar wadi, kandivali (W). 400067. Have seen the current month my electricity bill is rs. 2340/- generally it comes in between rs. 800 to 1200. But i received current month bill very high. As per my usage my bill amount is so high. We haven't purchased any appliance from past 6 months & everything was on track till sept 18, but suddenly there is a huge rise in the bill amount. I need your assistance to sort this issue out as soon as possible.

      The electricity bill of this month is twice that of last month.

      We have a one room kitchen

      We are all out of the house from 9am to 6pm

      We don't use ac

      There is no extra appliance added since last month

      Then why this drastic change and such a high electricity bill

      Who gets 4000 inr bill for a one room kitchen

      I need our meter to be checked and can i get a detailed analysis of what appliance is consuming how much

        drastic increase in electricity bill

        getting higher electricity bill

        My account number is +[protected] i have been receiving electricity bills in the range of rs. 250 to 300- in the past. But suddenly the bill for this month has come for rs. 17660/-
        This is very much on the higher side and it is unjustified. The normal consumer is paying for the inefficiency of the governement.
        Request the reliance energy company to revert the excess billing and not to harrass the consumers. And iam request you...

        In my family, there are two members and both are working, job timing of both are from 9 am to 10 pm. So how we get 1700 bill amount as I don't have A.C.

          Reliance energy account number[protected]

          Dear reliance / adani,

          We have already placed a formal written complaint as attached regarding the overcharging of our electricity bill for reliance energy account number[protected] for the month of june & july 2018.

          Our energy consumption has always been between 450 to 650 units as can be seen on the bill for past 12 months.

          In the month of june, our energy meter has been changed by reliance without our consent & also without showing the starting reading to us.

          Then, for the month of june, we have received a bill of rs. 30, 000/-+ for 3092 units consumption which is 600% more than our consumption.

          Our further month bills are also in the same range of 450 to 650 units, so definitely this is a fraudulent overcharging.

          We have complained to reliance energy in writing as attached, but they have not bothered to check or rectify the overcharging.

          We would request you to take immediate action regarding the reversal before we are forced to take this matter up with the consumer court, forums & also on each & every social media platform.

          Awaiting immediate reply.

              From past 8 days we are regularly facing frequent power cut in our society. Sir as it is exam time students are really facing it difficult to manage and study and there is frequent power cut im the morning, during night around 3 to 4 a. M. And day time 2 to 5 p. M. And respectivelythis is the time when most of the working people as well as students take rest.
              The situation is really becoming verse day by day.
              I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Hope that you will do the needful as soon as possible.

                  Very disappointed with the reliance energy - for past 2 weeks i have been calling and complaing about the live wire in the meter room and there is no one to come and assist and have it checked.
                  The general electrician refuses to touch - as they say the reliance team has to manage the same

                  It becomes very difficult - as the meter room is is actually shut for past couple of days - so that no mishap happens -

                  I have been pleading to the customer team to have some one send over as it may turn fatal if any one touches by mistake - but is has been falling in deaf ears.

                    Bill for account number[protected] and account number[protected]. The premises where these electricity meters are have been closed and meters not used yet i have received bill of rs 360.00 and rs 380.00.
                    The meter charges are shocking and unbelievable.

But still the outstanding amount in showing on Adani Electricity website or Paytm. My Transaction Reference Number is BD[protected]. I spoke with Adani, they are saying that no payment is received at their end. I have attcahed the Payment voucher which clearly says "Your payment is successful"

                          With the recent takeover by adani electricity from reliance energy mumbai

                          I wish to report on the malpractices on billing on the below elements which has been benchmarked vs previous/recent reliance energy billings

                          Analysis

                          Average unit monthly consumption is same and apartment vacant (And there is no reason/excuse for adani electricity to arrange technical visit as its not related to meter fault or readings)

                          Adani electricity has bloated/abnormally increased the below charges by approximate 400%

                          Wheeling charge

                          Regulatory asset charge

                          Energy charge

                          Fuel adjustment charge (Fac)#government electricity duty 16.00 %

                          Maharashtra govt. Tax on sale of electricity 16.04 p/unit

                          After series of communication since 2 to 3 weeks, there has been no logical justified response.

                          I would like to highlight all consumers to analyze their bills in details

                          Our flat for 4 people are not getting powee supply since 6pm. There are elderly people and kids and also puja going on. Please immediate action required. Complaint made at 8pm but no action. Every other house having power supply

                              With respect to aforementioned subject - we feel that the electricity bill is unreasonable, since our usage is low. Bill of rs.5750 is charged for aug 2018. However, high consumption appliances like ac i not used at all in the aug month. We have not put to use any other high energy consumption appliance as well. Bill for the previous month i. E. July 2018, which had similar weather (Cool - on account of rains in the month of july which went on to continue in august, we feel the drastic jump from appx. Rs.3000 in july to rs. 5750 in aug is not justified at all)

                              I would not like to pay bill for aug 2018 being exorbitant & request you to take necessary steps to lower the amount. Also, kindly send your technician to check the meter since we feel the reading is incorrect.

                              Hereby, requesting you to lower the bill for aug 2018, since it is only fair on both ends.
                              Hoping a speedy & positive resonse from your end.
