Hi,
It is with great regret that I am writing this mail to you
second time as I want to bring to your kind notice that extreme trouble and
inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent services.
On July 15 2014..I had purchased a reliance data card plan for
the Advance rental plan for 3 months for which I had paid the amount in advance
to get the service, At the time of taking the plan I was also introduces with
the certain benefit of the plan which is ok with me…
In the month of September 2014, I had contacted Reliance
customer care for the change of my plan as the plan is not sufficient
considering my requirement and which supposed to be end on 27th of
Sep 14 …. If you go through my last mail, where I had clearly describe the
entire scenario happened with me.. from 26th Sep 14 I had taken
repeated follow up with your executive as he had committed me that my new
service will get started in next 3hrs which didn’t happen.. After taking
the continue follow on my issue I had decided to escalate the matter to data
card support which is again something where the revert from your side is
awaited..
When I find that there is no RESPOSE coming from your side I had
decided to stop my data card services by calling customer care and the
executive of reliance had even conform me about my data card service
terminated.. This is not the end, today again I have received call from
one of reliance executive named Sweta from the number-[protected] on my no-[protected]
stating that I am getting charged on the basis of my previous plan and offering
me the waving of charges if I continue with reliance… How can you hire such
employees who are giving false commitment to your customers using your brand
name. They should be punished for their action made.
In spite of my several communication to your company, my problem
was not resolved and after getting all clear with RELIANCE, they are again
approaching me to using different tricks. This is to remind you that the entire
episode has left me in bitter test and I am extremely disappointed with your
pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and have
wasted immense loss of time and money due to your deficient services.
With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your
brand name I have availed your services but to my utter disappointment, I have
faced the worst.
I would like to emphasize that:
1. Your
service has been utterly negligent and inadequate.
2. I
have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your
unprofessional conduct.
I would like to notify you that your action are liable under
Section 2(1)(g) of the Consumer Protection Act for the deficiency of services
that means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming or inadequate in this:
Quality, Nature and Manner of Performance that is mandate to be maintained
under law or under a contract.
I hope that I do not have to call Reliance again for my issue
and looking forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
