Sab milke complain karte h inke upar tabhi Kuch ho payega

Mera Naam Robin kumar hai. Reliance financer Limited se personal loan ke liye apply kiya tha.
Mera Loan approval ho gaya tha.. Fir agent dwara phone karke Kaha Gaya ki processing fees jama kar de HDFC Bank mein 2100 rs.
Me fir 2100 jama kar diye.. Uske bad agent dwara 2 month ka kist Jama karne ko kaha Gaya jiske liye Ham aur Samarth nhi hai.. Mujhe processing Fees refund kiya jaaye. Lekin Ab agent phone Nahin Utha raha hai..

I have applied a loan of 2, 00, 000/- from reliance finance ltd. They sanctioned the loan and told me to deposit 5500/_ I have paid. Further they have transaction deposit 9999/- but i have not paid the same. How can i believe that they are not fraud, please help me out of the problem. What should i do? And please refund ami amount 5, 500/- I need this loan, please help me

My name is Pharana Bano i apply for a personal loan 200000 they approved my loan, and i paid all processing fees like, 5500, 9999, 14500, 4500 after that the phone agent said me a verification call come on my phone and verify me, after verification within 5 minute my loan amount disbursement in my account.

But no today is 6th day i have not receive any call and msg from company and also agent not reply me, he also not received my call any more.

Its totally fraud scam.
And coustumer care no.totally useless and email id is not correct.

After registering a complaint with customer complaints web page, i have received a message from you sending contact details of the concern department in reliance finance - Mr. Ajay choudary Mobile - [protected]

I started communicating to him and he responded all my query also said that i have to pay stamp duty charges of 12500/- on receipt of the payment he will disburse the loan in 1 hour.

Since i have raised a complaint with customer complaints web page, I believed and transferred 12500/- . Also they have asked me to send the money to the following account

After the transfer of money I received a call from Mr. Punit Chauhan Mobile - [protected] saying that I have to transfer another 30000/- as loan disbusal amount . I beleived and transffered them.

Next day morning 11 am I received a call from Mr. Puish saying I will receive an email from RBI for the approval of loan, with in few minutes I received an email from [protected]@gmail.com with an attachement of loan disbusment letter - mentioning my loan amount, my refund amount and in that they mention to transfer 5% state service tax .

So based on all this I transferred 43000/- again as tax amount . After few second of transfer Mr. Punit was at bank for a long time to transfer my amount, finally by evening i got a message from one Ms. Divay Aggwal Mobile - [protected] - saying she is from Kotak bank and Mr. Puish had submitted all details for the transfer of fund ( INR 500000 loan amount + 374000/- refund amount ) for which I have to pay 15000/- immediatly to the same reliance account . On receipt of that they will transfer the entire 874000/-

Beleived and transffered - again I was foooled

Next day morning I got a call from Mr. Punit saying that he had sent me a email for which i have to fill all details in that form and send him immediatly. It was a RBI transfer form - so I filled all the details and emailed them to [protected]@gmail.com, on receipt of that email I received an SMS saying that I have to transfer 32650/- refundable amount to the same reliance account.

Again I received a call from Ms. Divay - saying she is from Kotak bank and on receipt of payment she will transfer the entire amount.

I do not have any more money so far I have transferred 335000/-

Kindly help me in recovering the money and I want to take a crime / cheating action against them, so please resolve my issue and guide me further

They have cheated RBI, Kotak Bank, State govt ...all

Security fee - 25599/-
Agreement fee - 38500/-
Insurance - 33500/-
Commission 10% - 50000/-
Again due to system error Commission paid 56500/-
Stamp duty - 12500/-
Bank charge - 30000/-
Tax 5 % - 43000/-
Bank fee - 15000/-
RBI charge - 34650 /-

They informed except Insurance and process fee every thing is refundable .
Also they have sent me photo of the cheque and DD. Ttachec the picture for ref.

After all this transactions they have sent me receipt from Kotak bank saying the funds hed been transferred.

But noting received and no one is responding my calls .

See how a huge fraud happened to me, cheating to the extreme .

I have lost 3.50 lack can you recover and do the needful.

I have received a feedback from you that my complaint has been forwarded to reliance finance and one Mr. Ajay choudary will communicate further to resolve my issues.

I have received call from Mr. Ajay and he had sent me the images of DD and Cheque, also he informed that their colleagues had invested all my money in share market thats why there is delay in getting my loan / refund. Again by believing all the proof he had sent, I transferred stamp duty charge, bank charges, RBI fee etc.

Also a big fraud in the name of Reliance, Kotak bank, RBI ... How it is possible ???

Please make sure your self to no finance providing company chage loan disbursement charges Ig you apply for loan then all deductions are collected from the loan passed amount I just facing some problems then my advise is don't pay before perfect offer latter
Every charges are deducted from your loan

My name is Locumbeni from nagaland actually I applied 150000 for an education loan from reliance finance company and they told me to pay
Processing fee:5500
Security fee:9999
Agreement fee:14500
Insurance fee;4500
And after this they told me to pay GST fee 16500 so I doubt and I didn't pay that so they cancel my loan and they said that they will refund my money after 48hrs but they didn't do that and block my number so I hardly got their office number from Facebook and I got to talk to them and they told me to pay 3000 for cancellation fee so I trusted them and I do pay that but again they are asking me 6000 again instead of paying my money 34500 and now if I count that cancellation fee then altogether they have to pay me 37500 I'm a student i really in need of that money so please do help me to get my money back as soon as possible please

They have sanctioned me the loan and asked to pay for 3600and again 9600 and again 16600 and again 49600 and again 25600 and still asking me more amount they are faking peoples.

I applied for a loan in Reliance fiance limited, then I got a approval letter from the company.First they ask for processing fees of **** which is refundable..So I paid the processing amount, then they ask to pay for loan security fee of rs-8600, so I paid loan security fees, then I ask to pay agreement fees of rs2250, so I also paid that, then they ask me to pay insurance fee of rs*****, but I refuse to pay cheque transaction system fees, so they forced me to pay cts fees claiming that all the money will get refunded with the loan amount, for I paid cts fees too, this time I finally refused to pay and requested to refund all my money..And now when I tired to call or message I didn't get reply.
So it's a kindly request you to please help me out with this.
I shall be very thankful to you
