Fraud company in the name of reliance finance ltd (http://rilfinance.com) they ask me to send pan card aadhar and bankstatement and ask for deposit of rs 5500 for processing fees which is refundable. When i deposited the amount they send me below message
(Your a/c no. Xxxxxx46546 is debited for rs. 315999.00 on[protected]:13 pm and credited to bhargavi lawrence a/c no. Xxxxxx (Rtgs ref no[protected]. But due to rbi reason as per loan security your loan amount-300000/-be on hold so kindly pay loan security fee 15999/- today. Either wise transaction be failed & loan be cancelled,
Kindly pay loan security fee 15999 rs then after within 2 or 3 min transaction be completed)

While they didn't told me about any security fee nor mentioned in there website such thing. Now they are not responding of my call or message there contact details are [protected]//[protected].

I deposited them because i need money but these fraud people's are running there business like this.

I've applied for a 1.5 lakhs personal loan.
By mistake, i've come across this reliance finance group.
They've asked me for rs.5500 as a processing fees.
Afterwards, they've asked me for rs.9999 as a security deposit and now they are again asking for rs. 14500 as loan agreement fee.
They communicated via whatsapp.
After paying 9999, they stopped reply and not providing loan disbursal.

All screenshot including chats, proof of money transfer of rs.5500. And rs. 9999 is available with me.
Kindly help me get my rs. 14500 total back and stop these kind of fraudulent companies

Hereby sending a cheating incident i got from https://rilfinance.com while applying loan in your site and someone spying your site details in your office and cunningly taken my 5500 inr cash and not giving back the same asked to go for legal action .

After chasing all the customer service executives i am not able to get my noc. They says we have our server problem. I dont understand what customer has got to do with this. They fine instant charges for any delay but now when they are lacking at their services no one is here to help. I purchased a 2 wheeler and all emi has been paid timely still noc has not been provided. Worst services ever

Hello Reliance finance limited or reliance money how do you update complaint Mark as resolved??? You busted doing fraud and scam of money why don't you all guys stand on bandra red light.

Noted down yet not complaint resolved or yet not received refund of my amount 15499 who will pay Rajivee sinha fathere or reliance money.

Reliance finance limited not down in your note book don't think that I will leave my amount kindly arrange to release the fund along with 18% interest processing fee RS 5500+tranjection fee 9999 =15499 +hareshment RS. 100000 .
Please note I have make police complaint in bandra against Reliance finance limited Mr. Rajeev sinha senior sales executive along with his photo. Till today evening I will logged complaint in cyber crime also.
Don't worry I will show you what is result of doing fraud scam you have destroyed my mood enjoyment of diwali.you will get result

I got a message from mr. Naidu with a message in whatsapp to forward all the documents and promise loan amount 150000 to disburse in my account within 3 hours after the processing fees 5500 is paid... I paid the amount and send the message in the same whatsapp number but no response and only single tick mark it shows, might b they have blocked my number, i shared all the snapshot of all my documents and also cancelled a cheque. It is a fraud company i am really very scared that i paid a huge amount and now am left with nothing. Please help me to get back my money. Relaince finance limited fraud.

I have apply for aadhar base personal loan in reliance finance limited Maharashtra Mumbai dated on 21.10.19 instantly they approved after approved they demand for processing fee RS 5500 so I have paid them through Imps dated on 21.10.19
Please note Dated on 22.10.19 they sent me account credited Imps msg but 159999 but the amount has been hold due to RBI security reason kindly pay Tranjection fee RS 9999 so I have paid Through Neft reliance finance limited Account after paying they sent demanding agreement fee RS 14500 so I get doubt now they are not replying my msg or email

I took a two-wheeler loan in february and i am trying to close it this month. I am really frustrated with the same robotic answers given by every single agent i spoke to.

First of all, it takes ages to get the call connected and ten as soon as you complain, it gets disconnected. I am trying to close this loan by paying the balance amount, as i am unable to go to the branch, i contacted and asked for the online option. On 3rd october i called and they said some rtgs details will be sent to my email and i can do the online payment. Gave me 24 hours time. Despite calling, again and again, i never received it on friday, saturday, monday tuesday. I called on thursday and they said i will get it the same day which i didn't. I had to literally fight the entire friday and in the day ends around 6 pm their senior finally sent me rtgs via email. After ample of calling, i paid the amount, called them and even gave the reference number as suggested. This was on 11th oct.

I was informed i will receive the confirmation of the payment by saturday or monday. Now tuesday is ending and the same story is getting repeated. I am calling them for the confirmation and i am getting the same repeated robotic reply that i will get the details. The amount is deducted and i have no confirmation from them. I am seriously fed up and i can't go through all that again along with my job.

A loan amount of 500000/- was sanctioned by these people on 4 september and a processing amount of 5500/- was sent accordingly on the 4th itself from my icici account with transaction id as[protected]. Immediately another message said that 5 lakhs has been transferred but with held and to release that i need to pay 25999/- as loan security. This sounded fishy and when i asked the person who was chatting with me by wattsup ([protected]), he said pay that amount and it will be refunded with the 500000/- immediately. As per your instructions, i have all amount like proceesing fees 5500, security fees 15999 and agreement fees 22500. After paying the amount your team has addressed me that your loan amount will transferred in few minutes. But four days passed out..

What should i think this is a fraud or any other reason..

I was told i was approved of loan 775000. First they told me to send 5500 as processing fee. After i gave that, they said to pay 25999 as transaction fee. Hi I have applied loan from reliance finance 100000 they have asked 5500/- processing fee and then they have asked 9999/- but I have not afford so I have ask please refund but till not refund please check and refund I have totally disappointed for loss the money such kind of fraud please stop no one the people any other person please check and resolve and we get my refund amt please

I kavaskar applied for the loan of 200000. They send the agreement copy of 200000and they ask to send RS.5500 for processing fees. After I send it They ask a security fee of RS.9999 to RBI. but I didn't send the amount.and I ask them to cancel the loan and refund the amount.but they didn't send the amount through till now. This Is Mr Sandeep Mahadik who had apologized for the system mistake happened from their end & asked me to pay emi amt through RTGS & had made clear to process the future system smoothly

Now when i am calling him to wave off my balance money so he is talking in a pathetic language, from 3 days i was trying to call him he did not respond i have also whats app him about my charges he read but ignored & today again i tried him from another number he answered the call in one ring & after listening my name he is telling me i haven't committed anything like that & he is answering me i am on leave il check on Monday & il let you know & i don't remember anything...or you talk to customer service

His tone is pathetic as if i am begging in front of him... I really want his case to be taken because as when its their mistake they say lots of please & now they talk as if we are slaves here

Now i have got some pending money to pay & i will not pay it
