I took a two-wheeler loan in february and i am trying to close it this month. I am really frustrated with the same robotic answers given by every single agent i spoke to.

First of all, it takes ages to get the call connected and ten as soon as you complain, it gets disconnected. I am trying to close this loan by paying the balance amount, as i am unable to go to the branch, i contacted and asked for the online option. On 3rd october i called and they said some rtgs details will be sent to my email and i can do the online payment. Gave me 24 hours time. Despite calling, again and again, i never received it on friday, saturday, monday tuesday. I called on thursday and they said i will get it the same day which i didn't. I had to literally fight the entire friday and in the day ends around 6 pm their senior finally sent me rtgs via email. After ample of calling, i paid the amount, called them and even gave the reference number as suggested. This was on 11th oct.

I was informed i will receive the confirmation of the payment by saturday or monday. Now tuesday is ending and the same story is getting repeated. I am calling them for the confirmation and i am getting the same repeated robotic reply that i will get the details. The amount is deducted and i have no confirmation from them. I am seriously fed up and i can't go through all that again along with my job.

A loan amount of 500000/- was sanctioned by these people on 4 september and a processing amount of 5500/- was sent accordingly on the 4th itself from my icici account with transaction id as[protected]. Immediately another message said that 5 lakhs has been transferred but with held and to release that i need to pay 25999/- as loan security. This sounded fishy and when i asked the person who was chatting with me by wattsup ([protected]), he said pay that amount and it will be refunded with the 500000/- immediately. The mail id that was being used by them is [protected]@rilfinance.net and the website used is https://www.rilfinance, net

Even after sending messages to refund, they are not obliging

As per your instructions, i have all amount like proceesing fees 5500, security fees 15999 and agreement fees 22500. After paying the amount your team has addressed me that your loan amount will transferred in few minutes. But four days passed out..

What should i think this is a fraud or any other reason..

If your unable to give loan amount and pls send my money which i paid till now.

I was told i was approved of loan 775000. First they told me to send 5500 as processing fee. After i gave that, they said to pay 25999 as transaction fee. Now they have blocked my number on watsapp. Not replying. I have lost close to 31500. I'm very poor. I thought i can solve my financial issues, this has put me into more stress and depression. My name is vishnupriya. I applied for a loan on reliance finance limited. I have approved the loan of 150000 rupees. But they want the processing fee & security fee. I paid the total amount of r's. 15500. But i didn't get the loan. Is this company is fake.? I don't know what i have do. I call there for several times. But didn't connect the call. Fraud company in the name of reliance finance ltd (http://rilfinance.com) they ask me to send pan card aadhar and bankstatement and ask for deposit of rs 5500 for processing fees which is refundable. When i deposited the amount they send me below message

I kavaskar applied for the loan of 200000. They send the agreement copy of 200000and they ask to send RS.5500 for processing fees. After I send it They ask a security fee of RS.9999 to RBI. but I didn't send the amount.and I ask them to cancel the loan and refund the amount.but they didn't send the amount through till now. This Is Mr Sandeep Mahadik who had apologized for the system mistake happened from their end & asked me to pay emi amt through RTGS & had made clear to process the future system smoothly

Now when i am calling him to wave off my balance money so he is talking in a pathetic language, from 3 days i was trying to call him he did not respond i have also whats app him about my charges he read but ignored & today again i tried him from another number he answered the call in one ring & after listening my name he is telling me i haven't committed anything like that & he is answering me i am on leave il check on Monday & il let you know & i don't remember anything...or you talk to customer service

His tone is pathetic as if i am begging in front of him... I really want his case to be taken because as when its their mistake they say lots of please & now they talk as if we are slaves here

Now i have got some pending money to pay & i will not pay it

I applied personal loan of Rs 100000/- for loan processing they asked to pay processing fee I paid that on 01/06/19 Transaction number UA[protected] AMT Rs 5500/- from SBI.
Then I got sms stated that I need to pay Rs 9999/- as loan security that I can't afford so I cancelled loan application till now they not refunded my processing fee
Kindly help to recover my amt.

Dear Sir,

I Abhishek Sharma Bought a scooter (Honda Dio DLX) financed by Reliance Money.
On road price of vehicle is 67400 I have given down payment (DP) Rs. 25400/- to Mr. Arun field officer of Reliance Money and my loan amount was Rs.42000/- and I got reciept of Rs. 22900/-. I asked him why Rs. 22900 he said that he has to pay to RTO office. But I received SMS from Honda showroom paying my Insurance & RTO amount. He has taken Rs 2500/- into his pocket. I tried to complaint so many times at Reliance Money office but no response. Now my loan amount Rs 45000/-, at 12.93% rate of interest, EMI is Rs 2384/- and the tenure is 24 months.

This types of Frauds are going on in Reliance Money. I hope you will understand the situation and take the action as soon as possible.

My bike installment check was bounced on october 5 for some reason due to which i have not paid yet. I have made a commitment to him that i will pay as soon as possible, but i received a phone call from kiran, reliance money, talking in a poor way, talking about abuses and telling you why you have bothered by reliance money as a beggar, but you have given them a favor dla paying incorrectly are such which point i want to make a complaint on the beam and i want to court case on kiran to be the earliest of a court case.

Tally caller executive mr. Aksar saheb. He was called to me for my due emi & let payment charges, but he was talked with me very rudey & misbehaved with me
I record the conversation with him, for the proof of his misbehavior.
