Reliance Finance Limited — loan fraud

Reliance finance limited is a fraud company. They cheated me. This company approved a personal loan of rs.200000 for me. My loan application number is 86653533 and reference number is 99251626. The company address is reliance finance limited, the parinee crescenzo, 8th floor (Opposite mca) g block bkc, bandra kurla complex, bandra east, mumbai, maharashtra, 400051.
They asked me to pay processing fee of rs.5500 to this account. Account holder name - reliance finance limited

Ifsc - sbin0000300. After that payment they asked me to pay security fee (9999) and agreement fee (14500) to this same account. All time they said, "this is the last amount you have to pay. After that the loan amount will be credited to my account". I paid these all amount. Then next day, i got a message from this company. You have to pay the insurance fee (4500) to another account. The account details is account holder name - reliance finance limited account number - [protected]
Ifsc - sbin0000300. I paid the insurance fee to this account. After that they asked to pay tds charge of rs.4000. They said me after this payment, the amount will be credited within 30 minutes. I trusted them. I was waiting till next day. But i didn't get the loan amount. Next day i got a message from this company, you have to pay security fee (9999) again. The sales manager name is pradeep singh (Mobile number - [protected]). After this i realised they are cheating me. So i asked to refund my all amount (Rs.38499) but this sales manager told me my amount can't refund because my loan is already approved. So please help me to get my money back.
