I was applied loan for business to reliance finance limited on 23rd october 2019 on same day quickly approved loan rs.150000/- as per my request. On 24th october 2019 as per company guideline i had sent required documents and loan processing fee rs.5500/- on upi transaction id.[protected]. Which is refundable, till date i could not get any loan and also loan processing fee has not refunded. Please kindly take action for refund my money rs.5500./-

Sir i paid approximately 250000 for loan amount of 550000. Still asking to pay the some amount. I said cancel the loan refund the amount what i paid. They said no sir. Please help me sir. This is a fraud company. First of all they asked for the fee when i have paid then they asked for the security fee which they don't tell before the agreement. I have spoken to deepak kumar chauhan on[protected] this num he has told me that amnt will be funded me after payment 4000 but when i have paid that then he told me for some security fee. Please take action against it n refunds my money as soon as possible.

Today i have losted 5500 rupees via imps transaction for made personal loan i have visited reliancefinancegroup.com website today and apply personal loan they ask for processing fee i have paid then no response i have received approval letter and attachment but again he said on whatsapp you need to pay 9999/rs security amount to same sbi account number details are - reliance finance limited

I had submit a complaint earlier that i lost my processing fee of 5500 for a loan of 200000 rs. I havent got my money back yet. Plzz kindly do the needful. Executive called and asked me to pay 9900 or my loan get cancelled and your fee will be get after that. But i asked to close the application and provide the processing fee and after that no response from the customer care. Really i am in a need for that money urgently. Plzz provide the needful.

I got mail stating to refund back the amount and have told there is bank charges of 219 rs will be debited from my account. After that i was shocked by seeing 2 debit entry in my account. There was 2 transactions in my account both was done by reliance finance. It happened on 20th feb. Please help to get refund back full amount.

I had seen a website of reliancefinancegroup of providing personal loan. And i had applied for it and after that i got a message in my registered mobhile number that my loan had approved and had to pay processing fee of 5500 rupees to the accnt number they have sent (Reliance finance mumbai branch accnt) i had lost my money. I had called to all the reliance customer care numbers and i can't get connected to it. They had cheated and i lost my money. I register this complaint to get my money back to my account. I am from Lunglei, Mizoram. I applied for loan of ₹100000. A man named Tarun was the handler.The company asked me ₹ 5500 for processing charge, ₹18999 for security charge and I payed them. I have registered for personal loan in reliance finance and i got approval message with loan amount with interest details and they have asked me for processing fees of 5500 tp be paid for loan and it will get refund in 15 days. I also made the payment because of the loan amount. But i haven't received any response from the number and customer care number. Please help to get refund amount asap. But due to company securities reason as per loan security your loan amount-1500000/-be on hold so kindly pay loan security fee 35999/- today. Either wise transaction be failed & loan be cancelled.

My name is Hemant Kumar and I am from meerut city (UP). I have applied the personal loan for 1.5 lakh today 05/02/2020 by the website of Reliance Finance Limited and they approved and demanded for amount 5500 for processing fee and told me that after that I will get loan amount directly in my account so I paid, but after that they demanded another amount 9999 for transaction security and again told me that after paying this I'll surely get my loan amount in my account so I paid that also but after paying this amount surprisingly they demanded for another huge amount 14500 than I requested to cancel my loan as I am not able to pay this amount and I also requested to Refund[protected]+9999). But now they are not replying to refund my money and very much tensed about it. PLEASE HELP ME AND TRY TO REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
