Reliance Footprint — Pathetic customer service. No update/refund after Return.No response till now | |||||
I ordered a casual shoe on 1/11/2017. I had to return this shoe because it was wrong in size. I initiated a return on 01/17/2017 (RMA #[protected]. Its been like 12 days. No refund. No store credit. Customer support is not responding to neither my mails nor my calls. I have tried to reach them many times. But all in vain. So frustrated. I will never buy anything from this stupid website any more. Reliance Footprint customer srvice timing is from 9AM to 6PM. But when I called after 9AM . Still it is telling that we are closed for the day. Really too much bad service. Never expected this kind of service from an Reliance subsidiary. Tired of these stupid stuffs.
