I purchased 2 puma shoes worth 3.5k each from madhyam Marg mansarovar, jaipur today.
The same shoe is available at half the price elsewhere.
I want refund for the same.
The store number provided in bill is not correct, and many online number is scam.

Reliance footprint Amanora mall pune sold me out of expiry date product. Product got produced in 2019 and expired in April 2022 and they sold it to me in Sep 2022. When i made complaint then without any reason they closed the complaint

I had purchased a product of 5, 700/-, which a skechers shoe. However, I did not like the product and decided to return the product within 7 days. I happened to visit the store on Saturday evening and they asked to buy another products which are worth 5, 700/-.. There was also an offer which was provided by reliance which was "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" Offer. However, after the billing.. they had added the bill amount of the third product as well. Now we had paid extra amount of 180 around. I really need to have a contact with reliance customer care or anyone who have an idea regarding my issue.

My name is gaurav sharma and i bought one pair of slides of performax from reliance footprints CMR mall gajuwaka visakhapatnam.i bought size 8 after checking demo pair. but when i came home o found one slide is larger than other one which is looking very odd and size 8 is written on both...kindely take necessary action it is not acceptable and shamefull act...manutacturing defect

I ve purchased Samsonite brand black formal shoes with relian footprint - Brrokefield mall shop (2500 Rs). But with in a period of two months shoe got damaged and worn out totally.
We ve visited the shop for service nd repair but the way they handled was not at all good . Staffs were not at all cooperative. But some how they have replaced with a new one.
Again in a month time, shoe again got damaged totally in the same way, again I ve visited the shop and raised dispute with the shop manager .
But still now I ve not received any positive reponse from the store manager or any staff from their shop.
Really shoe quality was really bad and the way they handled us also v bad.

Please accept my compliant and do the needful.

I have purchased a foot wear from reliance foot prints and paid via debit card an amount of rs 709 (699+10 for carry bag). The sales person said he didn’t receive settlement confirmation from the POS machine however my money was deducted. Then I had to pay with cash. The person said I will receive the money by 24 hrs but it’s been a week already since then. Kindly look on to the matter asap.

Within 10days, sole of the footwear came off. So, i request you to replace my footwear.

I always buy from reliance trends in good faith that the store only keeps the products of the brand which it trusts. I came to you in good trust & bought the product, so now it is your duty to satisfy me of the products you are selling.

I, Sharmeen Sheikh, had purchased a footwear from your outlet in Phoenix mall, Pune of Catwalk brand on[protected] for Rs 1799/-.

Within 3 months, sole of the footwear came off. So, I took it to the customer care department of the outlet on[protected], they took it for the repair. They took One month to paste the sole & returned the same to me on[protected] after several reminders & promised me that if it happens again, it will be replaced by the Reliance Trends.

But within a month the sole came off again. So again I took it to the customer care department on[protected] & requested them to get it replaced as I've been promised by them last time.

It's been 18 days now that they took my footwear. Whenever I go to them they make one or the other excuses. Last time I went they said the sales person who took it is on leave for 10days & no other person knows about it!!! It was hilarious to listen him give me this lame excuse. Does any big outlet work like this that if one sales person goes away then everybody is lost???

I always buy from Reliance Trends in good faith that the store only keeps the products of the brand which it trusts. I came to you in good trust & bought the product, so now it is your duty to satisfy me of the products you are selling.

I purchased foot wear with brand name woods with price tag of rs. 2700 in reliance store who promimised me a long time durability. But, that promise is restricted to the tag lines.in less than six months of span, they got metamorphosized into a worst appearance than that of a very cheap - cost foot wear.
I strongly condemn the promotion of such goods which are misguiding the public in the disguised giant form. I appeal the government to take care of the people who are being deceived by such these malpracticing companies.

I have purchased a set of socks from reliance foot print store. I have informed to the store staff i am looking for full length socks and repeatedly before billing i asked him if it is full length but the store person promised it is full length and billed the same. The socks cover could not be opened due to seal present so i could not check the contents inside. To my surprise i find the socks are ankle length. I never use ankle length socks and i am very disappointed by the reliance foot print staff wrong information becasue of this my money is wasted by providing wrong product to me even though after repeated checking to ensure it is full length socks.

I purchased a pair of woodland shoe from reliance footprint jl nehru road esplanade, kolkata 700087 store on 20/7/2018. During trial i noticed the shoe is hard. The salesman told me the shoe will be alright after i wear it for 4 to 5 days. I experienced unbearable pain in both foot specially my right foot after wearing it for 2/3 days. I talked to the manager who initially refused to accept any complaint, refused any short of inspection by shoe tester from reliance foot print. After lot of persuasion, he took the pair of shoe for inspection testing by shoe inspectors of store without any receipt on 13 th aug 2018. After repeated inquiry over phone, today, 4th september i came to know shoe will not be replaced. I asked for inspection report which he refused to give. I strongly object this kind of high handed behavior of reliance footprint and sale of outdated product which is not suitable for footwear and create damage to human body. I request your kind intervention and immediate replacement of product without further delay.

I have purchased VIP Luggage bag from Reliance Footprint on 07/10/2017 and made payment of Rs. 5200/- to your executive Shri Dansih by HDFC Bank Credit card. As per Shri Danish, I was suppose to get cashback of Rs. 500/- within 4 months of the above purchase. After elapse of 4 months I contacted the Bank for not providing me the said cashback. The Bank advised me to contact Reliance footprint since there are no instruction from the Bank for the cashback. However, even after repeated visits/calls to Shri Danish there is no progress in the issue. Regards

Today I went to reliance footprint alwar at cross point mall for change my shoes which I bought merely 3 months ago it was a puma jogger, the company gave me 6 months warranty even puma also says that, but the manager Mr kapoor who was responsible for that rejected to change it even he said it was on offer, don't they get money from us on a discounted shoe, behavior was very bad, , he was saying like as he was paying for that, , why do u people do business when u don't interested in making customers, , I still have bill, I'll complain against you in consumer Court, , really very bad experience, suggest people to not to go there, ,

I have purchase discounted shoes of Valentino brand before three month and it will damage badly
I have reach your satna outlet they said it will can't be repaired or replace talk also bad way they will why not communicate at the time of selling that there is no warranty on discounted product

I had purchased nike sport shoes pair worth rs 3800 from reliance footprints showroom at celebration mall, udaipur in the month of january 17. After wearing for 8 months only, i found that net of shoes got damaged on both side of shoes.
The shoes is under warranty till jan 18.

So i request you to please replace my shoes.

So i return the same and ask for replcement but it was not possible they said. And confirm me the receive of the product at their end. They have asked for a/c details for refund but still they have not refund. Again i call customer care they said they will refund within today days.
I put a maill on 08.01.2017 [protected]@reliancefootprint.com as i have receive mail from this id asking for a/c detail, but i do not receive any reply.
So, again i forwarded mail on 20.05.[protected]@reliancefootprint.com for not receiving the refund, but they do not bother to reply or refund.
As i do not receive my refund from a company reliance footprint after follow up for several times. I finally had to knock your door. Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action and help me for receiving my refund which is my hard earn money.
Hope for the action at the earliest as its already been above 1yr.

Today i bought shoe worth rs 5000/- and i asked your store manger to accumulate my reward point but de refused to do so stating that he got instruction from back office. Last month also i bought few product from footprint gaya and he given same story to me that time also.

Store manger mr chandan is very rude and he is not at all ready to help also he doesn't know how to talk, that is diluting name of reliance footprint at gaya (Bihar).

I bought a hi attitude sandal from then indiranagar 100 ft road, bengaluru outlet of reliance footwear around 12th july (During the end of season sale). By end july, there was a crack along the entire width of both sandals (At the sole side). While buying i was told that there was a guarantee of 3 months and it would be repaired/replaced in case of damage. But when i went to the same outlet, the manager, mr sivaprakash was most unhelpful. He bent it to check the damage and damaged it further. Then he checked for the bill in the system, found it and said it could not be replaced as it was bought during the sale. I had informed him earlier that i had bought it during the sale.

My point is that even if i had paid the full amount, the same thing would have happened. Besides while buying i was told that it carried a guarantee of 3 months. I am surprised at the sub standard product sold by an esteemed brand like reliance.

Dear i was a order a puma shoe by footprint side coz this product not available in my size near footprint store. Then i order online in footprint side coz it's available in 10 no size. But it's delivery cancelled without delivered mee!!! Its bad experience. I want my same product soon. My again delivery mee. Coz it's ur courier team mistake. If its not deliver me soon. My wife had bought a footwear to present to a kid who had undergone an operation, at reliance footprint jorhat. While purchasing they had assured that they will exchange in case of size mismatch but no refund will be made. It suited us well and we went ahead.
But the footwear was small for the kid & the very next day we exchanged it, but this time the salesman convinced my wife for a footwear 3 sizes bigger, which was absurd. On going back the same day and asking for exchange they declined, saying they cannot exchange 2 times, which was not bought to our notice earlier.

I am one of your customer using reliance footprint products from previous 2years. I had purchased 2 pairs of 8inches u. S. Polo shoes worth rs 2200.00 (Each) from reliance footprints showroom at elante mall, chandigarh in the month of december. After wearing for 2 months only, i found a minor hole on the side of my left shoe and its sole starts tearing off then i informed the manager about this particular damage then he has taken my shoe for repairing. After the repairing of my shoe, i found that its sole is properly pasted but the hole was eventually being stiched from local cobbler which was the worst stiching of my shoe. This is is my first experience of complaint found in reliance footprints shoes. But unfortunately cash memo lost from my custody i had done card payment which can be taken as a proof of purchase. The other shoe still it has no complaint. Kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes from the concerned showroom as early as possible.

This is the worst experience when outlet managers commit false commitments just to sell their products and handover vague coupons to the customers.
We made a purchase of fresh stock of shoes worth inr 4000/- because the outlet manager gave us 3 coupons worth inr 500 each. He told us to encash the vouchers in the scheme/sale season so that we can get double benefit of seasonal sale and coupons both.
When we revisit the outlet and showed the coupons, they declined to encash the vouchers on discounted items. The outlet manager accepted the fact that someone might have given them the information that we can avail both the sale discount and cash coupons at the same time, but the manager left and now we cannot allow this.
This is a clear case of fraud and misrepresentation of facts and information. Neither on the cash coupons it is written anywhere that they cannot get encashed on discounted items.

I seriously want to sue relience footprints on such fraud activities. I am sure they execute this practice with lot many customers.
The coupons have their encashment dates too, and they are valid upto june 18th, 2017 only.

I bought shoes from reliance footprint axis mall kolkata. I spent rs 2000 for two. One was 1500 and another about 500. I said the salesman whether the shoes will be comfortable. He said that will be comfortable. Trust me it pains a lot and quality is street level of shoes like 100 rs. It was too much high prices.. Deceiving. I have taken vouch for not buying anything from reliance footprint. Plz help me with refund or let me get replacement. Regards

Your courier boy had packed all product and delivered to reliance footprint and now you are saying it was in wrong box so cant refund for the same..
The worst service your company provided.

Selling old product and having profit. Learning how to give service from myntra and other e-commerce sites.

What a reason you had given wrong box packing # the worst excuse of making money from customer. Hope you refund for others or else u will make some excuse for that also.

I had done 3 transactions of Rs 2705 in Reliance Footprint, Aundh Pune on 3rd of Dec 2016.

Due to server error the transactions were claimed invalid .However after raising complaint against my bank HDFC, they have clarified that 2 were valid transactions and merchant (Reliance ) has claimed them.

However, till date I have been fighting on this issue and have not got the amount back from Reliance. Managers of Reliance are not providing any support

I ordered a casual shoe on 1/11/2017. I had to return this shoe because it was wrong in size. I initiated a return on 01/17/2017 (RMA #[protected]. Its been like 12 days. No refund. No store credit. Customer support is not responding to neither my mails nor my calls. I have tried to reach them many times. But all in vain. So frustrated. I will never buy anything from this stupid website any more.

Reliance Footprint customer srvice timing is from 9AM to 6PM. But when I called after 9AM . Still it is telling that we are closed for the day.
Really too much bad service.

I have purchased one shoe from reliance footprint, rourkela, orissa on 11/10/16 amounting to rs.1113/-. At the time of swapping my credit card, the transaction declined though i have shown the bank msg received on deduction to the store person. He confirmed that the deducted amount will be refunded within 24 hrs and asked me to pay in cash. Relying on his words, i paid in cash and waited for the reversal.
Now the story begins, i have paid the amount in cash and post 48hrs contacted my bank icici on the subjected transaction. The bank authority has confirmed me about the successful transaction made at reliance footprint via transaction id. When i enquired at store about the same they asked me for the statement where it is reflecting the deduction. I have provided the screen shot with proper transactions made from my account. The store authority remain silent and no response from their end till 22nd. When i again tried to contact and asked about my refund they said they have forwarded their mail and wait till 23rd. Post 23rd again after not getting any response from their end, again contacted at store where they confirmed that unless i provide them whole month bank statement they can't proceed any thing.
After 15days of transaction when i heard this, it was really shocking. Why a customer will provide her bank privacy in public forum??? None of the company asks for the same. When i escalated the same to the asm of the location, he said the same words and advised me to escalate it any forum i like. They can't do anything.
Are we really serving customer??

Last month i bought footwear from reliance footprint (kiit road, bhubaneswar). the actual price of footwear was 699, but there was some sale going on. so after discount it cost me for 199. while purchasing i asked the person (considering the price of footwear), what if any thing happened to footwear, he told me we will replace it with new one or give you another one. he was very confident that the quality is so good, there will be no complaint.

Within 3 weeks, footwear broken from foot thumb and when i went back to reliance footwear showroom, asked the same person that it is broken, he denied that there is no footwear with the same cost and he cannot replace it.

It is very disappointing that footwear costing 699 (actual price) dint not last long even for 3 weeks. how bad the quality is. secondly, after giving confidence that it will be replaced, that person denied.
