Reliance Footprint — Sandal Soul Damaged in the 2nd use only

I am one among your customer using reliance products.
I had purchased 1 pair of Lee Cooper Sandals.
This is is my first complaint found in reliance footprints . But unfortunately cash memo lost.
Kindly ensure quality new stocks are kept in the outlets.
