Reliance General Insurance — car insurance claim not received. insurance number:[protected]

I had a car insurance with reliance. Policy number:[protected]. On 26thoct2019, i had a terrible accident with my family in a place called soro, in orissa, while travelling to kolkata by car rom bangalore. Anyways after recovering from the trauma i sent them all the documents and applied for total loss as the car was beyond repair. That was confirmed by the car workshop manager. The reliance people unnecessarily delayed the process, even after repeated follow ups. I had provided the docs in novemeber2019, and after much follow up they told me in march2020, that they need couple of more docs,
1. Seizure list, and 2. Vehicle release order.
As lockdown had started i faced huge difficulty in getting those docs. I am currently situated in bangalore, and the accident happened in a place called soro, in orissa. But anyways i finally managed to get the docs from the soro police station. They provided me with seizure list and zimanama (Which the police inspector himself told that its the vehicle release order).
After sending those docs, the reliance guys told that the docs are supardari so they cannot process my request of total loss, instead they will pay an amount which is just half of what i should get as per total loss. After all the struggle and delay now they are not giving me the actual amount for total loss even the police inspector confirmed that the zimanama they sent is fine for insurance processing but the reliance people are not agreeing to it.
