Reliance General Insurance — Claim Number : [protected] - Claim manager is not responding since 15 days

This is regarding an insurance claim that was submitted on 20th of October (Claim No. [protected] under the Motor Vehicle insurance Policy No. [protected]). We were informed through the attached emails that one Mr Narendra was commissioned by your company to inspect the vehicle. Narendra had inspected the vehicle at the service center and collected necessary documents and information from our end (including the claim form). After this, the service center initiated vehicle repair work, and this has completed. We have been trying to reach Narendra since the last 10 days using the phone number in the email, but he is not responding. After more than 10 days of wait, we reached the Reliance call center. On phone, we got to know that the documents we submitted to Narendra had never reached Reliance general. It’s shocking to hear that after such a long time o[censored]nresponsiveness, Narendra still doesn’t answer calls even when your call center tried to conference him in. This is very frustrating.
