Reliance General Insurance — Claim was not settled for my car for almost 6 months | |||
I am very disappointed that after doing multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution for my claim raised to Reliance General insurance Company for Claim No#[protected] raised on 05-Oct-2015. They closed the case closed due "Document Pendency". I already sent all the documents to them and also per the Service Center they have also given all the required document to the surveyor. It look like very unprofessional behavior and seems like exploiting the customer when they raise the claim. This collection of documents and approvals are normally done by the surveyor and he already has been given all the documents for the claim and I too submitted that too via Registered Post a I am including CNBC Pehredar to showcase this matter how Insurance company are exploiting the customers and rejecting their claim on the basis on no reasons and there is no effort from them to call or resolve the matter. Only thing I noticed is they just send registered email for the matter that they are working on it and later close the matter. Its almost 6 months and I am still waiting my claim to be settled out Anyway, I will also try to raise this issue to IRDA and Consumer court for customer rights. Was this information helpful? | |||
