Dear Sir / Madam, Good morning, I have my father mediclaim in Reliance General insurance Company for last 7 years, I have paid insurance premium of INR 4, 000/- (Approximate) before expiry date. Now during the year why increase medical premium from 4, 000 to 12, 000 INR ?
