As per the insurance document, no claim money is paid to me. They are keep on asking documents. I already provided them a month ago. There is no response from them. I always have to email them. If i call they ask to drop an email.
Attaching the insurance document here as well. This flight cancellation is covered in it. But still they are not doing their work deligently. I request you to please look into this. Thank you!
