[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — motor claim
The customer service is worst and the surveyor of my vehicle is non-cooperative and does not respond at all. No intimation regarding the claim details are provided, no verbal statement taken from the customer by surveyor, no response to the call. Such uneducated people with whom i had to deal with. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. Surveyor name 'omkar channe', thane office. Motor claim no. [protected].
