Reliance General Insurance — Motor insurance claim pending with surveyor

I have a motor insurance with reliance general insurance policy number[protected] and i have used the policy to register an accident claim number [protected] on 22 nd of December 2021. A surveyor was assigned for the claim by the company ( Mr Keval Raval). It has been almost a month that my claim is pending with the surveyor, even after submitting all the relevant documents. The person seldom picks up the call and when he does he gives unsatisfactory explainations. It has been long since my claim is pending with this surveyor and the customer care is also of no use as I dont get to contact any personel but only computerised bots on the other side of the line. It os therefore requested to get my claim settled as early as possible by the company.
