Reliance General Insurance — policy delayed in processing and making the customers as fools | |
Hi, I have applied for a fresh policy from reliance general insurance for my 4 wheeler vehicle on friday i. E 1st dec2017 and made a payment - as said by the reliance team after the payment was done inspection will be done and after the inspection gets completed, you will receive the policy with in 30 minutes as a soft copy to your mail id. The inspection team delayed and took an amount of additional 200rs from me for inspection. They have completed the inspection by 5:30pm on making a full day follow-up with the inspection team to inspect my vehicle. Now on monday i. E., 4th dec2017 in the morning i have received a policy from insurance team. It was mentioned that the start date is 02nd dec2017, where i have got the policy on 4th dec2017- how could be this is possible. — well i have received my policy on 4th and the start date is mentioned with 2days before only. After making several calls also they are saying that now we can not change the date as you said. Are you doing this for free of cost to me?? Was this information helpful? | |
