Reliance General Insurance — reliance commercial vehicles (passengers carrying 4w<6) package policy

I have registered for the claim along with police report and forms, the insurance company rejects and says some date is mismatching, and I did not get any claim number.

Few days ago, I received a SMS for NCB bonus recovery:
