[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — renewal of insurance | |||
Dear sir, My two wheeler insurance expired on 23rd september 2017. For that i want to renew my insurance i called your insurance team and they picked my call on 29th september 2017 morning 10.00 a. M. Chakravarthi is the concerned person attend my call. I had got the vehicle quotation sent from there side. So that i had paid the amount through my rupay card. He told me it takes one hour because the server is slow. After 24 hours i dont get any mail or message.. But after that there is no response from his side. "i lost my money."
