[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — this company doesn't value the customer service.
This company doesn't have a proper customer service, they give false promises. It happened to me twice. Last time when i raised a claim they took one month to resolve it. And yesterday when i raised one more claim they said it will be don't within 24 working hours but still they survey not yet completed and it costing me money. When i contacted the support they came up saying internally it will take time for us to do things as we have huge customer. If you cannot handle customers then why you fooling us with faalse promises.
