Reliance General Insurance — unfair rejection of claim. | |||
I have insured my car with reliance general insurance and it have been 4 years that i remained with same and did not change my insurance company. Recently my car had an accident on 17/2/2020 later to which i registered a claim with reliance general insurance under claim no. [protected] on 19/2/2020. After which i received a call from an unknown number [protected] introducing himself as bishnu prajapati the surveyor of reliance general insurance. He informed me that my detailed description of loss/damage mentioned in claim is not complete and inadequate. To which i requested him to accept my apology and promised to submit a re-declaration of same to him within next 48 hours. But when i reached him to submit a re-declaration as promised that's when they started harassing me. They started transferring my case to one another preventing me from submitting a re-declaration (Pictures attached). While they kept me busy here on the other side they rejected my claim due to improper declaration. I request reliance general insurance company to not practice such unethical and unfair practices with their customers. And indemnify my loss for which i bought their insurance and paid premium to them. Was this information helpful? | |||
