Reliance — Giving false receipt and robing money | |||
Dear Sir, This is Rohit, I had to Surrender my Sim because I am going Abroad, But when I went to Reliance Outlet (survey), they had taken 90rupees extra apart from my billed amount, I confirmed with customer care they said there is no charge for surrender, but the personal there have said I need 90 rupees extra for surrender charge.(RECEIPT NO-24385) dated 13.6.14. I know there is no rule for taking extra money for surrender, I would request you to take proper action against the personal sitting there in Relance Care(BELTOLA, GUWAHATI, ASSAM), They are robbing the customers.Pl make sure I get a response or else I had to go consumer court.
