[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Activation of a pack without my permission n deducting amount.

A Pack has been activated without my consent to my mobile number [protected] and a regular amount is being deducted from my man balance everyday. I have tried many times to contact reliance customer care executive but nobody did not attend my call.

Plz look into the matter and get the needful done açcordingly to resolve the same. Further requesed to credit the dedicated amount n stop the unwanted pack which has been inadvertently activated by reliance communications.
I shall be thankful to you.

Updated by Balrak Please refer to complaint vide No. 1173856. It is still to be resolved as the aforesaid pack has not been deactivated so far..
