[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Activation of service without my knowledge and then deduction of balance

The complain is for My Reliance GSM no. [protected].
The number is in Roaming and when i returned my home after 2 days there is a activation of services without my knowledge and also the deduction of balance from main account they are deducting balance on daily basis now before that when i checked my balance, my balance was Rs. 36 but now it reached to Rs. 4 and when i try to reach customer care they are not even connecting me to the customer care executive..and when i talk to customer care executive they told me that there is a technical problem here so you should call after some time. Please take some action..
plz do inform me if some action will be taken on that complain ..
