[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Amount deducted but didn't receive the recharge

I Recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 53 for 3g data plan(250mb, 7 days validity) on 15th September 2015 at 12:50 am through paytm website with transaction no. [protected] and the order No. [protected] and my amount got deducted from the account but didn't receive the recharge. I sent mail to paytm customer care and got the reply that the transaction is successful from their end and asked me to talk to the reliance customer care by giving the operator reference number [protected] and when i contacted reliance customer care they said this transaction has failed. I don't understand where the problem is and who has eaten the amount. Please resolve this problem and revert me back at the earliest.
