Reliance Gsm — Amount found deducted from my mobile balance

On 25/8/15 an amount of Rs5/-was found deducted from my mobile balance telling that a Vas Hungama pack has been found activated. i have not activated the pack then how the amount got deducted from my mobile balance ? kindly deactivate the pack and refund the amount to my account.my mobile number is [protected] .kindly do the needful
