[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Automatic deduction of balance | |||
Dear sir I have bought a new reliance gsm sim no.[protected] in june 2014 in sri ganganagar rajasthan. I had recharged my no. With 3g data plan of rs.156 on 24th jun and on 29th jun the data balance was around 900 mb nd in the morning of 30 th june the data balance was zero. The sim card was in datacard and that was not attached to any device. I have dialled the customer care no. Many times but no reply yet. In addition to this they have activated by their own a VAS SERVICE for which they are charging me rs. 5 per week for no reason.
