[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Bad service and not proper care in customer care no.

I m reliance gsm user and now i want port my no. with other service provider but last two days i want sent mnp conformation msg but that is not send if i call to customer care they talk 2 or 3 minute after that cut the line . and give wrong information to not port your no. or give a not working plan
if ask for return money than say that ab kuchh nahi ho sakta and told another plan .

if we couldn't pay relaince bill... so can custmor care excutive can abuse us, say (teri maa ki bahn ki gali etc.) ...and call to my all reletives from my call detailes and abuse them ...use bad language...what should we do...
