no sir, my problem still not solved and even i did not recieve any call from customer care team.

BALANCE DEDUCTION BY RELIANCE GSM

Respected Sir,

I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of
mobile number [protected]. I do online recharge of Rs. 55 on 6-5-2014. Some
balance is used by me till[protected]:00 pm and Rs. 48 is left in account but
when I checked balance on[protected] then its shows Rs. 0.03. This mean that
approximate 48 rupees deducted wrongly from my balance.

Now, I kindly requested you to please take action against
him and told him to refund my balance.
