Reliance Gsm — Balance Deduction of Rs 145

My Balance was deducted when i was in roaming and i had net scheme and the too they deducted Rs145 from my balance without any reason and costumer care is not picking up the call. I went to the mini store they too told that they cant help, they said i have to complain through costumer care only.
