[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm — Balance Deduction Without any reason

Dear Sir / Madam I would like to inform your that, so many time i noticed that without any reason my balance deducted from my phone even i have not taken any caller tune or am not useing internet wihtout plan, so i dont know why they are deducting my balance, today in the morning i was having balance in my mobile 10 rupee's and after that i have not maked any call and in the evening when i was trying to make a urgent call to my home it was not connecting because there was no balance in my phone! its happening so many time am very tired now. So it is my request to you please take some action against them so that they could not do this again.
