No Resolution still ->did online recharge for 296 plan, where it mentioned full talktime, but all amount was given as promo balance . i am not able to us that amount as currently i am not in my local circle . Thus not able to use my 296rs of balance. it should be explicitly mentioned in case of promo balance. its a kind of cheating company is doing with their customer leading to waste of money. Please Convert promo balance into main balance, u can check my account for the same.
