Reliance Gsm — Deductions for VAS without my consent | |||
Reliance GSM always activates VAS services, mostly Video Store and One97 VP and deducts the main balance. Even though every time raising this issue, they seems to be useless fellows, doesn't even care about their customers. One cannot call every time customer care for refunding the amount. They usually activate this kind of services after every 2 days. I would like to bring this issue to the Reliance Care authority.
