[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Ignorant and unethical behaviour-unresponsive customer service | |||||
From 2-december -2015 my Reliance postpaid connection was NOT GETTING ANY INCOMING SERVICES. Assuming that could be an after effect of chennai rains i made a call to customer care and asked them to look into it and rectify. Bangalore all networks were working 100% including reliance GSM, this problem was unique to my number only. Due to this my family and friends had to go through mental stress of not able to reach me and check on me and i was not even aware of this issue. I waited patiently for them to chcek even after 24 hours there was no help. so i called the customer care on *222/[protected] and other options too.. instead of help, i was always connected malayalam agent who would say that he does not understand what i speak and disconnect call.. i was left to scream ND KEEP TRYING ... No response / update..., its now high time and even still i get an malayam agent and no help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
