Reliance GSM India — Activation o[censored]nwanted packs and deduction of certain amount from main balance.

A Pack has been activated without my consent to my mobile number [protected] and a certaim amount is being deducted from my man balance everyday. I have tried many times to contact reliance customer care executive but nobody did not bother to attend. In this regard, a complaint was already been registered vide ID No. 1173856 bt amount is being deducted regularly even after assurance to deactivate the pack & credit of amount. Plz look into the matter and get the needful done açcordingly to resolve the same. Further requesed to credit the deducted amount n stop the unwanted pack which has been inadvertently activated by reliance communications. I shall be thankful to you. Regards Rakesh Kumar.
