Reliance Gsm — lost my sim 10 days ago

i have lost the sim before 10 days ago my mobile number [protected] . i alredy call the customer care 198 and tell request for block the sim but till now sim is working, today i got missed call from that number so today i called the customer care 198 and tell sir i alredy block the sim by customer care but till now is woprking how is it possible?
the told no no, till now it is not block. so i am blocking the sim, i request u please help me and block the sim as soom as possible because sumone is using my sim,
