[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Mismatched recharge on my number | |||||
On nov 9 i recharged in online to my reliance number for Rs.57. this is the website http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do instead of topup my balance they give 2g data 400mb. i immediately rushed to call C.care they didnt give proper response. I have to call appellate desk every time, and im losing my other mobile balance. All i need is Rs.47 talktime as mentioned, else provide me waiver.. check the screenshot.. clearly it mentioned 47 core talktime.. thats why i recharged in it... i want talktime 47 talktime thats it...
