Dear sir I got message from reliance that on recharge of Rs.282 give 6 GB data with 90 days validity .so I recharge from 282 I got two message first it(Enjoy 6 GB of 2G Data & voice tariff of 1p/sec for 90 days. Reliance.)and second is ( Congratulation! Reliance customer care never responds to emails. What they message and what is actually available on their portal is different. Problems are never resolved. I have been trying to recharge with 282 since yesterday but have not been able to do so and customer care seems to be sleeping. Reliance has become worse than Government. I have been their customer since 2008 but now am seriously considering switching over to some other provider.
