[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Money Deduction | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am saurabh kumar, mobile no. [protected], want a lodge a complaints against Reliance GSM services. i have recharged my no. on 22/06/2014 with Rs.150. Reliance gsm deducted around Rs 100 between 22/06/2014 to 23/06/2014 Then I try to contact reliance cutomer care but i found the number always busy. Later i talk to reliance customer care on 27/06/2014 but They are telling that they can only see 3 days transaction history in their application and so they can not lodge any complaint and can't do anything to refund my amount.
