[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Newly launched recharge scheme make me huge loss | |||
Sir/madam I am a regular customer and a very honest customer . My GSM number is [protected] and my alternative number is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 282 for using 2g data pack which promise me to give 3 month of 6 Gb 2g data. And for my talktime I recharged recently with Rs.31 due to inability of Rs.30 talktime pack. Soon my 2g data pack got deactivated. It's only a month and about 5 gb data and 2 month validity was left. Sir I can't use my phone for calling and using Internet simultaneously. Either I have to use 2g data pack or talktime. Please understand my value of money . Rs.282 is big enough for my loss. Please return my data pack and made a way to recharges talktime while having 2g pack activated. I will be glad if you kindly solve my problem and show the value of my money and respect towards reliance. For any queries or information contact me when ever needed. Thank you .
