Reliance Gsm — no 3g coverage in most places in Chennai
I bought a new sim (Reliance) today, and asked for 3g settings from customer care, they provided me the settings and data services got enabled (2g) and I asked for 3g data, and the customer care people told me recharge for any 3g Data plan to access 3g and i did the same 225/rs and still I haven't got the 3g data connection, finally they told me that in my place there is no 3g coverage in my office area and also near my residency, i politely asked them, please tell me "where you got 3g coverage area in chennai?, And I will go to that place to use that 1 GB balance", I don't know what to do now and complaint, only thing i have to do now is to throw the Reliance Sim card in my dustbin. My humble request to 3g users, don't go for reliance 3g, or else you will suffer like me Thanks & regards Saravanan M. 91-[protected] Was this information helpful?
