Reliance Gsm — non-availability of mobile network signal | |||
Sir/madam, I have been using my reliance mobile gsm number [protected] for the past three years. This is not the first time i have encountered this problem, which is non-availability of network signal. This problem started either in late october or early november and has continued since. I tried calling up a few of their customer care numbers which i could gather from the internet but without success. I have also written a complaint email to the given id but still awaiting reply. I have also tried recharging a couple of times thinking it might be due to expiry of validity, which also didn't work. Now i'm at my wits end feeling totally helpless. This number is linked to several of my important personal entities like bank account (Which i recently had to change because of the persisting problem), aadhaar (Which i'm trying but couldn't), etc. Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible and i would be much obliged!
