[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Outgoing barred | |||
What the hell is wrong with Reliance? My outgoing call service has been barred without providing any reason. At first the customer care said that there is some technical issue so they took my complaint. But now they are saying that I need to resubmit my documents. I had migrated from postpaid to prepaid exactly a month back and submitted my documents at reliance store. But now the customer care representative says that my document is not proper. How did I use the service for a whole month then?? They didn't inform me even once before barring my services. How ethical is this?? I must take help of consumer court now! This issue got resolved one week after posting this complaint. The customer service authority called me at midnight as an emergency service and kept on calling me again and again for about 1 hour. But the very next morning, my services were resumed. Thanks to this useful website! Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
